    Ariel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in the treatment of orthopedic rehab for fitness athletes and older adults, adolescent athletes returning to sports, pelvic floor rehabilitation, postpartum rehabilitation, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome/ hypermobility issues. She utilizes manual therapy techniques including myofascial decompression, trigger point release, joint mobilization/manipulation, visceral manipulation, and PNF stretching as well as functional exercise and patient education to get you back to your goals with less pain. Ariel enjoys treating the whole person and not just the body’s area of main concern.

  • Leslie Addy, BS, CPT - LEAD TRAINER

    Leslie is a former collegiate Basketball player and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chesapeake College Men’s Basketball team. Leslie’s training philosophy involves incorporating functional movement with motivation to bring out the true potential in all of his clients. He is passionate about working with athletes of all levels and also retired athletes who want to stay strong and mobile throughout their lifespans.
