Creating a new healthcare experience for active people.

As former collegiate athletes, we grew up nursing injuries that sometimes kept us out of the game. Often times, we were cleared for normal daily tasks after injury but weren’t given clear cut guidelines to bridge the gap between injury and return to sport. As active adults, we also realized this gap as we shifted our own physical movement into rec sports, yoga, and weight lifting (which all come with their own aches and pains). We started Rooted to provide guidance to all those athletes and active adults looking for more than just passive and temporary pain solutions (heat, ice, and rest).
